Thinking of multiple solutions for CTC.  Solutions for more audience engagement, “Participation is the key”. Yes making the audience participate either in the way of filling forms (Google sheets) or direct live interaction (80-90% success rate) in between the session or after the session. How can we face copycat/replicate issue A copycat can steal the format in a day. They cannot steal your 500 hours of Tamil business wisdom, your member network, or your outcome data. "Pause & Apply" momentsEvery 15 minutes, in between the session pause the teaching and ask something like this,"If you were running your team/business what would you do with this idea right now?"Members can type answers live in the chat. Teacher responds to 2–3 of them. This turns passive listening into active co-creation.  Member's personal business storyBefore teaching each book, collect one-line real problems from members: For eg. if a member says,"I can't get my employees to take ownership"During teaching, place those real problems into the teaching session. Members feel seen. Outsiders can't replicate your members' stories.

Attended the live session today. Today's session is really good, concept deep down with simple explanation and examples stands out from Pavithra. My thoughts/suggestion/questions on today's session:Question: How about sharing the presentation doc as a pdf. to learners? Will it be a good idea or bad idea?My thought: Giving more examples in simplifying the concepts (already a good sign) and makes it easy to remember the concepts of the book.My suggestion can be, can implement story telling method wherever needed.

Most of the features looks admiring because of the typography, design patterns and breathable spaces used. I also request you to add features and its purpose of it. Like it can be self explanatory, on what we are doing and why it’s been here.

Continuation of yesterday’s points in finding the right solution:Building an eco system with cost to company. I don’t know how but this idea emerges day by day when we make use of it repeatedly.. why the name cost to company- does it connect the audience or the audience can connect with it?Research in cognitive psychology (such as studies from Harvard Business School Online) shows that peer discussion transforms learners from passive consumers into active problem-solving resources. Discussing a book's chapter live makes the information stick(this concept is similar to what Arul Murugan said to make the product sticky) Thinking of building an integrated system which combines online attendance (with that day’s CODE)+noting down the relevant questions from that chapter(taking notes)+feedback on the teaching methods or the teacher

Rewarding the users with level concepts, like the user has completed level 1 and by making them answer few questions (4-5 qns. max) with four options for each will make them engage this platform.2. A quick reward will make them feel satisfied that they have learnt something useful today and quick implemented it by answering these questions from level 1. "Duolingo" (language learning app) is an great example for this.

My doubts regarding yesterday's hackathon:Whether the user has limitations for subsrcibing more than one learning/book?Do the teachers have backup?My solutions:The entire model is dependent on the teaching method of the teacher. So, I suggest we can bring an ideal method for teaching method, which we can keep it as a template. So, teachers can follow the template (success mantra) and implement the method. For eg: 1. Unique story telling technique.2. Adapting the great teaching habits and implementing it. (This acts like referring their friends for quality learning)3. Milestone badges for people attending the sessions without missing. (This can encourage that individual to continue with the platform) Also this is just my initial thoughts, ready to share my thoughts on this.

Attended hackathon meeting with Cost to Company today. It went like More than understanding their problem it also went like knowledge Sharing with the founder.

Preparing for a Product Design interview today. And also as an admin of the proof, invited for the Cost to Company - kickoff meeting @ Sat May 16, 2026. Clearing the queries of proof members regarding the hackathon and the purpose of logging in proof platform.
